Question by HELPMYBOREDOM: Metabolism booster?
After baby # 3, the weight isn’t coming off. What can boost my metabolism? I don’t have time for long walks or hours a day for exercise. It came off before, but not this time.

    I don’t know about pills or drinks, but if you eat several small meals throughout the day, it will naturally boost your metabolism.

    Eat healthy and take a brisk 20 min.walk every evening (we all have at least 20 min. to spare each day) … every day, and that’s all you should need to do. If you don’t lose any weight, go and have your thyroid checked by your doctor … thyroids sometimes get a little outta wack when you’re pregnant … so, it’s worth looking into. Good luck …
