Question by gnee1977: metabolism boost any suggestions on how to boost your metabloism?
i have recently taken up running andd i am getting good, i actually enjoy it and have finished a half marathon! i am wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to boost my metablosim i think i am still sluggish due to getting older (32) and may need some help! thanks!

cut out starches and sugars, exercise3x’s weekly for an hour-swimming is good, hydrate hydrate hydrate!!!! And Keep running. Feed your hunger, not your appetite…stick to veggies, fruits, and protein sources like fish, skinless poultry, lean beef, lamb, pork and soy. Sleep at least 8 hours a night…and give yourself time…

    Lift weights that are heavy enough to really challenge you and as soon as that weight is no longer a challenge move up. Eat five small and healthy meals throughout the day instead of three large ones and a snack. Once a week incorporate interval training or circuit traing. Just move more.
