Many people have reported losing 10 to 20 pounds in the first 2 weeks of using Lipotropic 1000 Plus by Solaray capsules.
“I had heard about this new supplement called LipoBlast Extreme Diet Pills from an online Weight Loss Support Group and because of the money back guarantee I decided to give it a try. I’ m glad I did because within 7 days I lost 8 pounds and 2.5 inches off my waist. And.. after 2 months I lost 34 pounds ! All I can say is I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to buy it” Melissa Rosero – Bakersfield, CA – melissa_rosero@yahoo.com
Low-carb blogger Jimmy Moore from www.livinlavidalowcarb.com interviewed Drs. Mike & Mary Dan Eades from www.proteinpower.com in April 2008 at the American Society of Bariatric Physicians & Metabolism Society conference in Phoenix, Arizona. You can listen to the full two-part “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show” podcast interview at the following links. PART 1: www.thelivinlowcarbshow.com PART 2: www.thelivinlowcarbshow.com PODCAST WEB SITE: www.thelivinlowcarbshow.com During Part 2 of the conversation, the subject of eggs came up and Jimmy talked about doing an experiment where he would only eat eggs at every meal for an entire week to see what would happen. Dr. Mike explained there was published evidence of an elderly man in a nursing home who consumed two dozen eggs a day for many years with no negative impact on his health. This makes the idea of an all-egg diet quite compelling to anyone who wants to try it. On March 12, 2010, Jimmy decided to embark on this all-egg diet plan himself sharing about it on his “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Menus” blog: lowcarbmenu.blogspot.com See how he’s doing by visiting lowcarbmenu.blogspot.com and follow his journey!

Normally not if you cook them right (eg. don’t remove egg white or egg yolks, preferably hard-boiled). The key is eating enough fat. Don’t eat too much protein. And don’t overcook. But really, if you eat enough fat there’s nothing to worry about.
Eggs might cause constipation for people with a sensivity to it, though.

Just eat without eggs for a long time, you’ll probably lose the allergy. I lost most of my allergy to mold.

this sounds good for those with gout that can’t touch purine foods. Eggs are a complete protein food, rich in lecithin, B12, and if they are from pasture fed chickens, they would be an excellent source of omega 3. Those who are vegetarian could follow this, and those allergic to dairy. Don’t eggs constipate? Maybe not if cooked with butter.

Eggs are outstanding. They used to give me some trouble before I dropped the carbs. Now that I don’t have wheat slicing my guts to shreds, I can eat as many as I want!

interesting, i think I might give it a try too, of course, only free range eggs, not sure if I would get board with eggs, but then again, there are many ways to cook them.
