    The only thing that bothers me about her videos is that she has absolutely no sense of rhythm! She doesn’t keep with the beat of the music at all, and it makes it kind of hard to follow and really annoying when she changes speed.

    She’s not kidding when she calls this the Kick Butt Workout. LOL, I call this one the really hard one, and her No More Trouble Zones the easier one. Easier? Did I really say that? lol Between these two workouts AND the 30 Day Shred (I have been doing all 3 videos for 8 months now) and my truly healthy eating (which I have been doing for well over 15 years)….well, let’s just say, You wanna feel my thighs? :oP Great workouts…worth every minute!

    any other workout that was different than what you were doing at the time during your sticking point would have shocked your body out of that zone. your body is a very adaptive machine and when it gets used to the same thing over and over you either burn out or plateau and need to rest or change the workouts your doing.

    @sugaplum02 i know this is an old comment but anyways… doing her workout wasnt the big thing you needed in your life. you obviously said yourself you hit a sticking point so that means your body got used to what it was doing. you started a different workout and shocked your body into mode. same thing would happen if you stuck on one of her workouts for a long time you would end up hitting a sticking point and have to move to something else. its no magic workout.

    @soposopo84 drink as much as water as your body needs before, during and definitely you can drink right after a workout. You should drink no less than 8 measuring cups of water a day 😀

    i have this video and believe you me it works! i saw results in a week! i cant believe how hard it is. I sweat like crazy doing this. ditch your gym membership and alternate this video with her “No More Trouble Zones” for the next 3 months. I promise you will see better results!
