    Your name suggests that you’re a man. Men need a lot of calories. This diet is not even enough for an old woman.
    You do not lose weight by eating a low calorie diet. You will just force your body to lower your metabolism and adapt to lower caloric requirements…then you’ll get fat just eating normally again.
    You lose weight by eating enough and then exercising for 3,500 calories for each pound of fat reserves that you need to lose.

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) – ( 6.8 x age in year )
    Women: BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) – ( 4.7 x age in years )

    The diet you are on will lead to WEIGHT loss since it is very restrictive. Unfortunately you will also lose muscle and water weight and once you return to a more maintainable caloric intake you will also gain back the fat. If you want permanent FAT loss please read on.

    First off. A few guidelines

    1) Take in some protein with every meal (pulses, kidney beans, skimmed yogurt, fat-free milk, tofu, almonds, peanuts, cashews etc. Don’t worry about the fats in nuts. They are healthy mono-unsaturated fats and will keep you full). Protein will create a feeling of satiety, stop your body from using muscle tissue for energy, prevent blood sugar swings.
    2) Breakfast should be heavy and nutritious. Consider replacing Cheerios with old-fashioned Quaker oats.
    3) Limit carbohydrates (rice, fruits etc) at night (unless you exercise at night)
    4) Vegetables (preferably boiled or sauted lightly with a healthy oil like olive oil) is a better option than fruit if you are looking to get ripped fast. if you have fruits try to limit them to breakfast.
    5) Fruit juice is to be avoided since the sugar content is too high and useful fiber gets thrown away. Stick to whole fruits instead. Eliminate sugary substances from your diet.
    6) The only beverage you should be drinking is sugar-free green tea and H2O.

    I hope you can modify your diet with the above guidelines in mind. Eat only when hungry and stop eating as soon as you feel decently full. It takes 20 minutes for the body to realize it has had its full. A caveat: hunger is a good indicator of when to eat but you should not stay hungry for long periods. That teaches your body to hoard fat for “starvation” periods.

    In conclusion eat small meals through the day like you are doing, have protein with every meal, concentrate on wholesome natural foods and get stronger and healthier and yes leaner.

    Good luck!

    Definatly not enough, and you’re lacking in some essential foogroups!
    – Add a peice of fruit into you’re cearel (ex: 1/2 cup of berries, medium banana, 1/4 cup dried fruit- raisins, crandberries, etc..)

    – Skip the fruit salad, make a wholegrain sandwhich with lean meat or – meat alternative (hummus/ peanut butter/ quorn)
    *2 slices wholegrain/ wheat bread or wholewheat wrap/ pita.
    *2–slices lean deli meat (turkey, chicken, ham, roast beef, etc..) or 2 tbsp hummus/ or 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
    * vegetable condiments (lettuce, tomatoe, onion, etc..) – If making peanut butter use 1/4 cup raisins and, or 1 small chopped banana.
    * 1-2 tbsp deli mustard
    * 1 slices cheese (non procsessed pref.)
    – With a glass of skimmed milk/ orange cardinal

    Soup is not a great dinner.. it’s more of a lunch, and it’s not really that filling and nutrient oriented since you’re main lacking point right now is ‘protein’.
    Try having 3-4oz grilled chicken/ salmon with 1/2 cup brown rice, a serving of vegetables (3/4 cup) and 1 cup of skimmed milk.

    Hope i’v helped, and goodluck
    – It may be a good idea to include a snack afterdinner since you’re even lacking in calories for “healthy” weightloss.
    * an apple/ celery sticks with tbsp peanut butter
    * cottage cheese with added berries
    * trail mix
    * bran/ fiber granola bar
    * etc..

    Hope i’v helped, goodluck!

    I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

    Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

    First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

    This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

    However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

    Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

    Nutrition for Weight Loss Can’t Be Ignored…
    Healthy diet should include
    * Vitamin, minerals
    * Sufficient protein intake, which is from plant source
    * Lower in calories

    Looks like your diet is not that healthy as you are not eating anything solid..you need to eat to lose weight.

    About all you’ll lose is your health!
    cherios with milk will robe calcium from your bones, the fruit salad will give you gas and the vegetable soup will help waste away whatever muscle you might currently have.

    I want to show you this system I used to lose weight. I’ll put the download link below for a free download. This system is NOT a diet. it doesn’t try to exert external control over what, or how much you eat. It allows you to eat what you want when you’re hungry.

    what it does is address the emotional reasons behind your relation to food, enabling you to lose your obsessions and fixations around food no matter what you weigh or how long you have been over weight. it is much different from diets. diets having a measly 7% success rate for losing weight and keeping it off, while this system has a 73% success rate and allows you to lose your
    bad relation to food, lose weight, and keep it off for life.

    There are techniques in this package created by American scientists called EFT therapy. what it does is reinterpret the way your brain thinks about food, so you are able to lose cravings for food and get on with your life. It is simple and only takes a few minutes to do. I’d suggest watching the video version of the EFT first in the download. as the audio’s are simply for having this technique on an Ipod or something when you aren’t able to access a computer.

    emotional eating is a temporary solution, and only leads to more problems which you then use food to stuff down with. this system enables you to be able to eat like a naturally thin person by addressing your unconscious mind, and give you new patterns of thinking which will give you the health and body that you want.

    I’d like to say that not being able to exercise isn’t the reason why you can’t lose weight or for you gaining weight. exercise is simply this: any form of movement that causes you to breathe more deeply and cause your heart rate to speed up more than it is now. such as walking around your house.. going to the kitchen to get food… and breathing itself is exercise. I didn’t need to do any exercise more than walking in my house for a few minutes a day to lose the 76pounds I have lost so far.

    there are two hypnotherapy tracks in this package which are very relaxing, and are used to suggest positive ways of thinking into your unconscious mind.. i would suggest listening to them with headphones while relaxing… lying down in a place where you can comfortably ignore the outside world.

    There is a full e-book which I wrote up onto my computer myself, so at least give it a try since I put so much effort into making it available to other people If you feel sceptical about downloading this please feel free to view the book without downloading it. there are four simple tips in it which seem so obvious and simple that you wont think they will work

    1. When you’re hungry, EAT.
    2. Eat what you want, not what you think you should.
    3. Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful
    4. When you think you’re full, STOP.

    those combined with the EFT therapy and the hypnotherapy tracks is a one way ticket so success. many people have only followed those four tips and were able to start losing weight immediately. I myself have never looked back. this system is great and I’m offering it to you for free. Please don’t throw away this opportunity.
