Running is considered by many as one of the best exercises or sport to lose weight and to tone muscles. It not only strengthens your cardiovascular muscles but also helps you to relive you from stress but also makes you fresh. Regularly running for 30minutes will keep you fit, control your blood pressure, decreases the risk of heart diseases and will keep you active all throughout the day.

Running is awesome for burning fat. It can be very simple but you can also make it a science to maximize your ability and time. First, educate yourself. Learn about heart rates and stretching. See the site below. Talk to a physcian if you over weight or over the age of thirty-five before starting.
Or you can just wing it like my father. He ran for 30 minutes a day until he was almost sixty. His daily habit left him with a healthy heart and 33 inch waist until his mid-fifties. Anymore, I don’t have time to go to the gym everyday. But I’m in my mid thirties and in good shape. I run just 3 times a week which gives my muscles a chance to heal and grow. Each time has a different goal and length (pace, speed, and distance vary for each day).

If you’re looking for a quick and easy result you won’t find it in running. Running is hard work and it takes a while to build yourself upto an endurance and stamina that’ll burn the fat to creat the lean look.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Running is amazing for losing fat and getting toned. But if you think it’s quick and easy to get like that, then cut running out of your list of ideas. You need to condition and train before you can run great. It isn’t easy to run long distance, and you need to work up to it. It does help a lot though, if you are serious and do it regularly.
