Does anyone know any low calorie recipes for protein powder shakes? and is it effective for losing weight? and what is the best brand?

It’s good for building muscle if you’re working out as well. I’d also recommend a blender bottle for mixing or using a blender because otherwise it will be chunky. I have the Jillian Micheals chocolate one. It’s not very good, I’m thinking of mixing just alittle nesquick in it to make it taste better, but it has low calories so it doesn’t matter if I had some more to it. If you’re not working out then protein powder isn’t for you because you’d just be taking in extra calories.
