    @aliskey62389 Hmm this deserves another video. EVERYONE is different. I assume with those numbers you are a woman. Its not numbers only but also quality. A great starting point is 1500, 40% protein, 40% fat 20% carbs as a general rule. And emphasize activity. Don’t judge appetite by hunger, you need to always fuel that body!

    Counting calories to within 50 is a little ridiculous. Especially considering your target audience. And to expect that to be done for weeks. Destined failure.

    Not even bodybuilders to whom nutrition = life do that. A more realistic approach is to use portion sizes. For carbs a portion can be 1/2 a sweet potato. Protein can be 6oz chicken breast. Fat = handfull of nuts

I tried to eat until I was satisfied but somehow I got myself down to 1200-1300 calories a day. I know each person is a little bit diff. but what is a good rule of thumb for amount of calories to keep metab. up but still lose weight? I feel like it’s a really fine line…
