I’m thinking to start using coconut oil… But I’m not to sure how to intake it for weight loss. If I mix a tablespoon of coconut oil with a cup of boiling water and drink it everyday will this help me lose weight?

No. Coconut oil is very healthy for you but it won’t actually cause your body to lose weight. Coconut oil is like a vitamin, it helps with overall health but to lose weight you need to eat healthy foods and increase activity. Simple as that.

Coconut oil will not help you lose weight. Stick to the basics – exercise and a moderate diet.
