can someone give me a list of rules.. like dont drink soda or so on..

excersise 2 times a day.

once in the morning, before you eat which will burn fat.

excersise is NOT walking a few miles and doing the elipitical for 20 minutes, even though something is better than nothing.

Do speed work intervals, stairmaster and 1 minute sprints on the treadmill are the best.
You need to workout until your soaked in sweat, and feel like you’re going to collapse afterwords. not really, but so many people just don’t work hard enough in their workouts. you really need to push yourself even if you’re exhausted.

eat less than 1000 calories aday, eat a lot of fruit, stay away from fatty foods (of course.)

    Do not do extreme, it’s unhealthy and doesn’t last. If you don’t give your body enough calories it will protect itself by needing less calories to do it’s work.
    You hit a plateau which is dispiriting.
    There is heaps of advice on healthy eating online and on these pages.
    Find a like minded friend, plan a diet, go walking, cycling, swimming (whatever you enjoy) and have regular weigh ins.

    You will lose weight if you eat less calories than you consume, regardless of what you eat.
    Fruits actually contain tons of sugar and cows aren’t that skinny but grass is all they eat..
    Eat fish, chicken, vegetables, and eat very little of it. Drink only water.
    Don’t kill yourself working out, when too tired just stop. Just do it regularly until you get FIT and when you are FIT you can start pushing a bit more.
