Question by : I need a good diet/weight loss program?
Well I am not fat and am quite happy with my body. I have a very fast metabolism and so I eat like a horse half the time 🙂 I am also fairly fit, but I want to get rid of a little but of fat on my tummy, thighs and bum. I am usually quite toned but I am 15 and so I’m starting to put on more weight :/
So I guess I’m wondering what would be a weekly diet/eating and exercising plan to stay looking and feeling great.
P.s I’m not anorexic etc.

** Eat six mini meals a day. Exercise and before every meal, drink two tall glasses of water, (about 16 oz.) this will fill you up and you will automatically eat less. This really works, so be patient. Good Luck to you
