Whey protein has so many benefits, it can help burn fat, but it can also help add weight if you add the right ingredients. For weight gain I suggest adding it to your normal diet, add protein, peanut butter, oats (once in the blender you can’t tell), and skim milk… it’s delish! And it has around 400 calories to help up your intake. Its a fast and easy way to make it happen.

ok, whats it called exactly, i am going to look for it

  21. fitnesstaylor writes:

I use Muscle Milk Cyto Protein or EAS. Both taste great.

  22. MaGiKaLMin writes:

Ok, what kind of whey protein do you reccomend? and where do I get it

  23. boxer19851 writes:

it depends on your weight, i wuld say 20 – 25g of protein and use water, if you use milk with your shake it only slows absorption

  24. boxer19851 writes:

for starters, you dont use milk in a post workout shake as it only slows down digestion, you should be using water instead

  25. fitnesstaylor writes:

a lot of proteins are different, just look at the back for serving size. Some use two scoops, some one. I use one scoop of my protein which has around 26 grams of protein. You don’t need any more than that as your body can’t absorb that much protein and it gets flushed out.

  26. MaGiKaLMin writes:

i got the jllian michaels natural whey protein, i want to add it to my shakeology and maybe to my oatmeal or whatever in the mornings, how much do i add, and how much is too much? any tips and info would help

    Hi taylor,
I am currently on a low carb or slow carb diet and I am looking to lose 120lbs. Before I started the diet, i had lost 28lbs already but I hit a bad plateau. I want to get a good post workout mix that doesn’t require dairy and is very little carb but enough to replenish me but with plenty of protein. What would you recommend?
