Ok. I’m 5’9 and weight 255lbs. i’m barely 15yrs old and i wanted to lose at least 40lbs by the end of August of this year. I currently started doing insanity but i was hoping someone could give me some extra tips on how to lose more weight. I’m trying to lose weight because i hate being fat. I really need help on this. I was planning on doing the water diet but i still don’t know. Can someone give some good tips and help me with my weight loss.:)Plzzz

you can easily lose weight fast and safely:

1. Eat healthier; lean meats, fresh vegetables, fruits, etc

2. Maintain a caloric shortage of roughly five hundred

3. Work-out regularly even if it is just walking

4. Watch out for gimmicks or novelty diets

    Hey buddy. Good for you for wanting to be healthy.
    I know this goes against what alot of people say, and alot of doctors say and health departments.
    But I lost alot of weight doing this, all others have is just theory.

    Eat more fat, eat less bread, pasta, rice, cereal, candy.
    The more of your calories in your diet come from fat and the less come from carbs, the faster you lose weight.

    I lost 60 pounds in 5 months doing this.

    stick with just eggs and bacon for breakfast, only eat one piece of half a piece of toast. Skip the cereal. If you’re going to have a sandwich, don’t eat chips, eat some beef jerky or veggie sticks.

    what really helps you stick to your diet also, is if you have one of two days a wekk where you can treat your self to ice cream or candy, if you try and do completely without it, you won’t last.

    u could drink a lot of water and do excercise dont eat after 8 or depending on when u sleep ( eat 3 ours before sleeping or do a trick where u eat a lot one day and drink only water the next but try to eat it as healthy as possible. And do excercise before you sleep. Try doing one of those tricks for atleast 3 weeks before you see weather it works or not.

    follow a healthy diet (cut down on sweets & carbs – eat more lean meat & veg & fruit).
    do an hour of exercise every day, so you are sweating & breathless. go jogging, swimming, dancing, aerobics, etc.
