I really need to loss about 30 lbs. in about two months. Will walking 4 miles a day and eating just fruit, veggies, tea and water do the the job? Any help full tips also welcome

Whether you are trying to lose weight or simply maintain your current waistline, being aware of proper meal portions is the key to a healthy body.

1. Breakfast : whether you are having a bowl of cereal or a bagel, it is important to have only one serving. For instance, did you know that half a mini bagel is a true single serving ?

2. Meat : This is one of the foods which we often eat way too much of. We have gotten so used to giant restaurant portions that many of us tend to consume 3 times more than we should be. An average serving of meat should be equal in size to a deck of cards.

3. Pasta : This is yet another food that we overindulge in a single serving of pasta should fit in the palm of your hand. We all are guilty of consuming up to 4 servings in just one sitting !

4. Juices : we tend to drink juices like there is no tomorrow. However, before indulging in three glasses a day, check out the calorie content in just one serving. You may be surprised at how many calories you are drinking.
