    From what i’ve read you should eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. Don’t eat for at least an hour before bed, and take in most of your carbohydrates either a) in the morning or b) after vigorous physical activity. As for the size, you should figured out the calories in each meal, and try to shallow by 500 or so calories a day. You need to find out your basal metabolic rate(BMI) and how many calories you burn in a day. You can find BMI calculators on any search engine.
