    Guys, losing weight does not have to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it). Seriously, that program has changed my entire life.     i too, when i need to loose weight i eat 3 eggs each morning with meat. then i avoid all carbs and i loose one pound per day. i found that if i am craving carbs if i drink some wine the fast carbs in wine removes the desire to eat carbs almost instanly. my theory is my wine is made mostly from a life form fed sugar and the compounds formed trick the body and mind into thinking it also ate those foods. could be just the calming effect of alchol but my bull shit story sounds better.

    I’d like to hear your take on grains and dairy and whether or not they are generally healthy. I read a lot that wheat and pasteurized dairy might very well be responsible for a lot of our modern diseases.

    I think fish oil is very good. Flax is good also, but it isn’t as complete as fish oil since there are conversions that have to take place in the body to have the same benefit as fish oil. Not sure what you mean by my take on dairy and non-wheat grains. I like your ideas for new videos. I will work those into future Fighting Fat For America TV shows.
