Question by : how do you raise your metabolism?
im 12. i exercise, eat healthy, drink water, etc. yet for some reason, everytime i eat a sweet, i practically see it the next day. i guess i have really low metabolism. how do i raise it and other tips?

You need to eat 5-6 SMALL meals every day. Also, if you drink tea, it’ll help. 😀 Good luck…

    First off try and cut down on your sweet intake, and just keep active that will raise your metabolism, and you are only 12 why are you so concerned about what you look like? just be a kid and have fun.

    Listen to “Cute B’s” answer. Small meals 2-3 hours apart. NEVER skip meals or allow yourself to be famished (starving yourself slows the metabolism causing weight gain in the long run).
