Hey. I was wondering how do I raise my metabolism? I guess I have a little too much weight on me and I heard you can loose some weight if you have a good one. Please Help!

Eating many small meals throughout the day. If you eat something every 3 hours or so (not heavy food) that’ll keep your metabolism active. Plus being active yourself, exercise more.
