more water, more fiber, more spicy foods/ peppery, and more than 30min continous exercise everyday, green tea is also helpful

    you start eating smaller meals throughout the day and that gets ur metabolism used to ur daily eating habits and pretty soon you will just be eating like that without even thinking about it and your metabolism should change its speed.

    I learned it from health class 😀
