Question by clowned- alena: How do I raise my metabolism while I loose weight?
I’ve been trying to loose weight and have been spending an hour a day working out, but as soon as I get to my target weight, and start eating on a normal basis I bloat back up. is there anything I can do while I’m loosing the weight to raise my metabolism with out pills??
Also is there any way that I can curve my appetite so that I can overall become healthier?

    Exercise will increase your metabolism. Even though you’ve reached your target weight you will have to continue to challenge yourself by exercising. Walk a little farther and/or faster, etc.
