    to raise your metabolism just eat breakfast everyday and get at least 7 1/2 hours of sleep a day.

    The best way to raise your metabolism is exercise. The harder you work the faster your metabolism rate will increase.

    And make sure that you eat enough. If your body thinks it is not getting enough food it will sore fat.

    Do you work out? Cardio 4 times a week 30- 45 min a day,and lift weights. This will not only help burn calories while you do it, but raise you basal metabolism, which is what you burn in a given day. Good luck.
    P.S. It will catch up to those friends when they get older, better to eat healthy now:)

    work out!!!! don’t sit around the house or on the couch…run everyday..don’t eat so much junk food
