Question by yea…ok: How do i lose weight in my face particularly my cheeks?
This past year my face seems to be bigger, mostly my cheeks. I’m really skinny, just naturally I can eat whatever I want and won’t gain weight unless I really try or I lift weights and gain muscle. But I don’t want my cheeks this big it seems they have gotten bigger. Is it possible that my face has gained weight while my body hasn’t? What can I do fix it?

You have to lose weight from everywhere. You can tone certain areas but not target areas to lose weight in. I would recommend some time of pure fat burning cardio such as a brisk jog.

    You can’t target weight loss in a specific area. :/ you’d have to lose weight or surgery
