Question by 🙂: How can I lose as much weight as possible in three weeks?
I don’t need a long term weight loss thing for now, I just need a quick fix for a vacation! I know a lot of these quick fix diets are not healthy but again, It’d only be a short term thing, and maybe work to jump start a long term weight loss. I heard the cabbage soup diet was good for quick weight loss?

drink lots of water, replace one meal a day with a protein shake if you can stand it. If you’re planning on working out, I suggest short intense workouts for quick weight loss (like sprinting as fast as you can for ten seconds and then walking for a minute, repeated a few times). Maybe in the future you can switch to longer, less intense workouts. at mealtimes, use your fist size to measure how much you’ll eat. if you’re still hungry after eating this much, wait at least fifteen minutes and then see if you’re still hungry.
