Question by : How can I lose 3 and a half pounds a week(1 stone a month) healthily?
I’m female, 200 pounds, 5″8 and vegetarian. My exercise plan includes burning around 150 calories and 15 minutes or so of weight training, 5 times a week.

I completely understand that the recommended weekly weight loss is 2 pounds a week, but I’m looking to lose a stone a month through a good diet and exercise.
