    dude egg yolks are good for you they have dietary cholesterol which is totally fine, what causes high cholesterol is foods that contain transfats and high saturated fats. Egg yolks also have more nutrients in it that egg whites dont have

    This is a very healthy meal all around, even if you’re not looking to put on weight. Super fast and easy to make. I like how you keep onions/peppers already diced and ready to go, makes it much faster with less cleanup. Prep your main ingredients twice a week and cooking becomes a no-brainer.
