green tea alone cannot induce weight loss. nice try. you have to reduce calories to lose weight.

    The best teas for weight loss I have been finding… I drink cups of green or tava tea (Tava is a blend of oolong, sencha and pu-erh) during the day. I am not a fan of water, but I drink TOO much diet pop, so I drink a few cups of Green Tea, Oolong Tea or Tava tea to replace a few cans of soda.) I usually end up having 3 to 5 cups a day…

    First thing in the morning I’ll have 1 or 2 cups of Pu-erh tea. Pu-erh helps burn fat throughout the day.

    Right before bed I drink 1 glass of 2% milk. 2% milk gives you the protein you need to build muscle and fight fat as you sleep.

    I learned these tips watching Dr. Oz and so far they seem to work pretty well. With my weight watchers program and exercise, I’ve lost 20lbs so far.
