    Eating tea is a great idea but it needs to be brewed in hot water for at least 4 to 6 minutes to release the catechins which contain all the good stuff. I prepare an extra strong cup and set it to brew all night on a cup warmer. I use hot water but not boiling so I don’t kill the catechins. I take all my supplements with it a little at a time, then I eat the leaves. I’ve been adding lemon juice because I read that it helps the intestine to absorb the catechins. That’s my breakfast, yuck!
