Question by Meena J: Green tea weight loss for non tea or coffee drinker?
Hi there,
I working on losing weight and i read that drinking green tea helps in weight loss..also mentioned in an Oprah show(2004)…but whats said is ‘If you drink coffee replacing it with green tea will help weight loss’
I drink neither tea or coffee. Will drinking green tea help in weight loss..
BTW i will be on diet and will exercise as well…just want to know if green tea will help the effort

It wont matter if you drink coffee or not then switch to green tea. I have no idea what Oprah was talking about but im assuming she was just saying that you should try green tea for help when dieting instead of coffee..or w/e

Ok so onto what green tea will do.
Its simple, it just raises your metabolism. That is all.
So, it would be best to have it in the morning to raise your metabolism, throughout the day.

-green tea if or if not you are a coffee or tea drinker
-raises your metabolism
