I heard that you can buy flax seeds and crunch them up in your food and stuff and they help you lose weight. Im trying really hard to lose weight by exercising, dieting, drinking lots of water, and i want real results. I dont have enough money to buy expensive pills that might not work so i want some real testimonials from you guys if you girls if you have lost weight. If you know any pills or ANYTHING that is not ridiculously expensive and will help you lose weight or any tips or tricks. please let me know. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I honestly got shocked when I went from 200 to 195 in 1 day, what I did that day, im not saying it helped or anything, but I had an everyday cereal for breakfast, went to school, ate lunch, then went home, I had a protein shake around 1 hour before I went to the gym, and was on the treadmill for around 70 minutes, which was a little over what I was supposed to do, and Im glad i did that mistake, and I was beat, but the next day I decided to weigh myself and I was 5-6 pounds lighter!

    you need to find an exercise and eating (notice I didn’t say DIET) plan that works for you;

    You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.

    Pretty soon your friends will be asking you for advice!
