    @MsTemptist If your body was burning 2K of calories a day-when u reduce calory intake roughly-ur body will start the “emergency” mode and spend less energy for the same motion.Like power saver-just eat healthy ,small portions 2 reduce stomach size.But burn it a lot .Be in motion.Go to GYM -do a lot of cardio.Remember u need carbs,protein (10% grams of your body weight) on daily basis.U even need healthy fat.DO NOT ruin ur metobolism by abnormal nutrition-just MOVE a lot.Good luck 🙂
