What is a Habit? In keeping with Webster’s dictionary, a pattern is “a habit pattern obtained by usual repetition or physiologic exposure that shows itself in regularity or increased facility of performance.”

Can you see that if we easily apply this principle to healthy eating we will be on our alternative to vibrant health?

Bad Eating behaviors:

Bad eating habits don’t develop overnight. For most people these behaviors began forming when they were kids. Thus one factor why numerous adults have a difficult time breaking their bad eating behaviors is for the reason that these behaviors have been a part of their form of living for numerous years.

Why Do We consume Food?

That was the initiating of my path to healthy eating behaviors that turned my health circumstance around. Today I can sincerely say that I am in excellent health. I feel splendid, I sleep splendid, people say me that I don’t look my age, I maintain a healthy weight, I don’t take any form of medication, my blood stress is usual, my blood sugar is usual, my cholesterol is usual, my immune system is powerful, and the list continues.

It is splendid to be in good health and I give thanks to God for it. though I don’t believe that I am healthy for the reason that of possibility. I strongly believe that one main factor that I am healthy is for the reason that I take personal duty for my health. Making healthy eating a pattern is a fantastic part of this duty. Our physical bodies have laws that are governed by proper nutrition. If we violate these laws by consistently eating unhealthy foods, we are going to get sick.
