yes you will! However be careful to look at the salt compontnts of the soup. Lean towards buying low sodium soup to refrain from gaining water weight and bloating.

yes you would loose weight, but because your calorie intake is very low, you’ll gain the weight back after your soup diet.

because you exercise, i suggest to add nuts (natural, not salted), legumes and fish to your diet. you will have more energy and it will fill you up. that way, your body won’t freak out!

Soup is a really good way to lose weight but be careful about the sodium. Most store-bought soups are very high in salt which makes you retain fluid. Read the article below about soup and weight loss. It’s interesting…

    Suggestions:
If you have eggs for breakfast, eat your toast (whole-grain) plain. Have the piece with pb for an afternoon snack.

Don’t drink a glass of juice. You’d be much better off to eat your fruit instead of drinking it. There are a lot of calories in juice. Have a glass of skim milk instead to get some low-fat dairy. Have a low-fat or fat-free yogurt as a mid-morning snack. (You’ve got to get some dairy.)

On your salad, don’t use creamy dressings or high-fat cheeses or croutons. Use 2 teaspoons of olive oil and vinegar on just veggies.

Be sure that you’re getting enough protein each day. Your body needs it for a lot of things, especially to make sure you have healthy hair and skin when you return to school.

Walking for an hour is good but switch it up. You want to be huffing and puffing…add biking, dancing, jumping rope, swimming laps., etc.
