Question by Selena: does weight loss tea work?
i found this all natural weight loss tea in my house. and im wondering if it would work? i gained some weight in my face and stomach that i really want to lose. also do you think that it will make me lose weight in my butt? my butt is mostly firm ish but im not sure. let me know what you think?

    They make your body lose fluids and that gives the impression you are losing weight on the scales. in truth all it is making you dehydrated and that is not good for you.

    Even though it may say it, there is no such thing as ‘weight loss tea’. It still has calories, and you lose weight by burning more calories than your body consumes. Do it the safe and easy way; consume 1200 calories a day (200 every meal 6 times a day) and exercise. You’ll burn fat, tone up and won’t put the weight back on afterwards (unless you consume more than you burn).
