Question by SPEED N FITNESS: Does RUNNING really help weight loss?
I’ve been running for the last 2 months, almost consistently every second day, and I haven’t lost a pound. Whats wrong with me. Is it what I’m eating or am I not covering enough distance?
BTW, I’m 21 and 185 lbs
CAN YOU PLEASE suggest
A way I can lose this weight without my ankles hurting. Because what the weight gain has done to me is put a lot of strain on my ankles. HELP is welcome and I will take each and everyone of your advice. So please answer away.

TO LOSE WEIGHT, YOU NEED TO EAT LESS. YOU ARE CONSUMING TOO MANY CALORIES.
