Question by Mayte: Does Green Tea help with weight loss?
I’ve been wanting to shed the last 15-20 pounds of belly fat I have and have heard that green tea helps aid weight loss. Is that actually true? If so, would it be any brand/type of green tea, and how many cups a day would have to be drank? I basically have around two months to lose it because there’s going to be a little gathering in my hometown and I’d love to not only feel great, but also shut up all those who had ever bullied me for my weight in the past. I’m 5’4, weighed around 195 pounds, and was a size 16/18 in jeans when I started losing weight about three months ago. Now, I haven’t weighed myself again but I did notice that I went down to a size 8/9 in jeans. So, any other suggestions/tips/ideas to help with shedding these last few pounds before the day (maybe even faster) would also be greatly appreciated!
