Question by 2angelboys: Do you continue to eat regular food while taking Fruta Planta weight loss pill?
I bought the Chinese weight loss pill called Fruta Planta, but my question is. Do you continue to eat regular food or do I have to change my diet eating too.

I am sorry to tell you but you can not loose weight by eating any pill. Exercise and eating sensibly is only way to loosing weight.

    If your really serious about losing the lbs, take advantage of the lose of appietite and be mindful of what you but in your mouth. I have been taking FP for six months, and have lost 40 lbs. I try to have a small breakfest (1 pk of oatmeal) Lots of water all day. For lunch (1 Cup of homemade soup with 1/2 slice of Homemade bread or 2 homemade crackers )1 bannana and 1 organic apple are used as snacks. Dinner (1 bowl of salad with all organic veggies, seeds,cheese, sometimes meat and homemade organic salad dressing) I no long drink coffe only chi tea with raw honey, ( had 1 cup of coffe 2mons. after I started taking FP and was bouncing off the walls for several hrs). I never felt hungery and I only ate because I knew I needed to. This is how I ate before I started taking FP, but in larger portions, less fruit and 1 extra meal and to many snacks. I am very active,exercise several times a week, up untill this past winter when we had all the bad snow storms and bad weather, the first 3 mons. that I took FP I did nothing but come home from work put on my pjs and sat in front of the tv. (I hate tv) and lost weight I was totally amazed! as time goes by the weight is still coming off but not as fast, around 5 lbs a month. But thats OK with me I am happy with the way this is working for me and I no that slower is better. Oh 1 more thing I try never to put anything in my mouth that contains High fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, or corn byproducts. this stuff turns to instant fat in your body and makes you hungry and its in everything. I have alot of friends and co-workers that are using FP and everyone has a different story to tell. some don’t chang any of their eating habits and are losing weight. Hope this helps.
