    Carb cycling may work for those who have time to work out 3+ times a week.
    I’ve tried and made it in the short-term but it’s not sustainable for most
    people in the long-term. Also, it IS just another diet no matter what you
    say – you do have to follow it like any other. In fact, it’s harder to
    stick to than low-carb. I’ve been low-carb (at about 50 grams of net carbs
    a day) for 2 years and if anything, it has helped my hormonal issues
    (Hashimoto’s). Also, including carbs no matter what is not a solution.
    Don’t get me wrong but pizza, pasta, etc. (that’s what you have on your
    website and the cover of your book) – how about gluten and autoimmune
    responses?
