Question by horizon: Boosting metabolism?
I know that green tea, exercise and certain meal plans can all boost metabolism, and i heard that spices can too. Cayanne Pepper is made from really hot peppers, and I was wondering if eating this daily could affectively help boost my metabolism. I also wanted to know if there are any risks with eating a lot of it. (serious answers please)

some what but eat first thing in the morning and eat 5 or 6 small healthy meals a day to give it a boost

    The best way to boost your matabloism is to eat 6 small meals a day, with a workout you will see a noticeable difference. Just remember it takes 3 weeks to successfully change habits.

    There are some good answers here. All of the above you mentioned do increase metabolism. Just don’t o.d. on the cayenne (lol). 🙂 I do not know of risk w/ too much cayenne…what you call too much and I call to much maybe drastically different.
    Also: small freq meals (5-6 a day)
    stop eating after 6-7 pm
    Drink plenty of water to stay flushed out
    Choose good foods
    EXERCISE

    (Dr. Oz’s book “You on a Diet” is a very good read.)
