I’m allergic to fish so Flax is my friend.

I dont see the point in taking flaxseed oil. It’s known to produce significant increases in estrogen levels ( not good if your trying to put on muscle) plus you can obtain all it’s benefits from extra virgin olive oil and cold water fish oils……so why?

You can not cook with it. That damages it and makes it bad for you.
