    Well done. Very good video. Quick question. Do you ever try nearing the end of your set, while doing slow cadence, then when you start to fatigue you ATTEMPT to move the weight quicker, when in fact your still moving under the same speed? Definitely don’t want jerky movements or momentum to come into play, but how I do it is I focus on proper speed and turn arounds (just like you did) and then I start to fatigue, I ATTEMPT to move really quickly, and then is when I hit MMF
