I am 26, 286lbs and 5’11. I have currently lost 85lbs in the past 1 1/2 years. But I am wanting to start a 90 day 90lbs weight loss challege. You drink water and fresh juice, raw fruit and veggies, protein shakes are allowed, and a multivitamin. Plus plenty of activity and exercise. I have 2 questions: 1) Does this seem like a healthy lifestyle and accurate way to drop pounds? 2) HOW CAN I GET RID OF THIS LOOSE SKIN? I have some…but I was told that if I hydrate with like a coconut oil etc and exfoliate and do toning exercises that it might help. Is this true?

Yes this was the healthy diet. This will definitely works. You can count your calories intake. Don’t eat bulk at one time. Eat small portion in small interval of time.
Try to build muscles this will help to remove loose skin.
